Google Launches Playground, a Browser Tool That Turns Text Prompts Into Games

Google opened Playground on October 7, an experimental browser platform that builds simple games from typed prompts and lets creators share them by link. A Unity-powered version called Unity Spark, which generates 3D games from Unity store assets, is due later this year. Unity CEO Matt Bromberg said the tool is about building original experiences and warned that one-shotting a copy of an existing game does not make anyone the next Hideo Kojima.
