Gray Zone Warfare 0.5 Lets One Splint Fix a Whole Leg and Teaches AI to Throw Grenades

MADFINGER Games posted the first Rogue Ops devlog on October 4. Update 0.5 heals by body part, so one splint fixes every break in a leg, caps bleed speed, and measures medical items by volume. All AI can bandage themselves, some factions throw grenades, and Tier 3 and new Tier 4 zones get harder. The largest Combat Outposts (PvP capture points) stop being capturable, and you can run multiple characters with separate PvE and PvEvP progress. Supporter Preview starts October 19, full release October 22.

Discussion Topics

  1. One splint per leg: welcome quality of life or Tarkov-lite going soft?
  2. Grenade-throwing AI in Tier 4: fair challenge or new way to lose a full kit?
  3. Killing the big capturable outposts: good for spread-out PvP or the end of the best fights in the game?
  4. Multiple characters with split PvE and PvEvP progress: will you run both?
