Synduality: Echo of Ada Ends Online Play in 2027 and Becomes a Solo PvE Game

Bandai Namco announced on September 26 that Synduality: Echo of Ada, its mech extraction shooter on PS5, Xbox Series, and PC, will end online service in or after May 2027. New events stop after the October 2026 content, SYN COINS (the paid currency) leave the store on December 18, and the exact shutdown date arrives in March 2027. Owners get a free offline update that keeps the loot-and-extract loop with no rival players.

  2. Synduality launched in January 2025. Did it ever have a real shot, or was it cooked at the reveal?
  3. Every live-service game should ship an offline mode before it dies. Fair ask or fantasy?
