WARDOGS Hits 3 Million Sales as Its CEO Admits Launch Was a Fight Against Cheaters

BULKHEAD's WARDOGS passed 3 million copies sold on PC in just over two weeks of Steam early access, the studio confirmed on September 26. CEO Joe Brammer said the team spent launch fighting cheaters and DDoS attacks (floods of traffic that knock servers offline), and that most staff needed time off afterwards. PS5 and Xbox versions are set for 2028, and he ruled out monetisation beyond cosmetics until the 1.0 launch.
