Sony Surveys PS5 Owners After the Disc Backlash While Testing $10 Store Credit

A new PS5 user survey surfaced on September 25, and physical-media fans are using its open text boxes to push back on Sony's July decision to stop making discs in 2028. Some players reported the link closing quickly. Sony is also testing Wallet Credit, an unannounced scheme that adds $10 of PlayStation Store credit after buying select new games such as The Blood of Dawnwalker, first spotted in the US and now showing up in the UK and Germany.
