Epic Games dropped the Override launch trailer on August 16, setting Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 to go live August 20. The season leans retro-gaming, with Battle Pass and shop crossovers for Sonic, Mega Man, Persona 5, and Crash Bandicoot, plus cartridge Match Hacks that change round rules and new Sprite mechanics. A futuristic spire replaces the Zero Point at the center of a remade map, with a Green Hill point of interest added.
