Battlefield 6's Top Gun Crossover Brings Back Wake Island and a Free War Week on August 18

EA and DICE launch Phase 2 of Battlefield 6 Season 4 on August 18, headlined by a Top Gun: Maverick crossover. It adds two fighter jets, new air-combat modes, and a remake of the classic Wake Island map on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. A free week of the Top Gun Carrier Strike mode also starts that day. Season 4 already lifted the game past 81,000 concurrent Steam players.
