OpTic Go Back-to-Back: Black Ops 7's Last Major Ends 5-3 Over Heretics in Paris

OpTic Gaming won the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 title at the Esports World Cup in Paris on August 9, beating Team Heretics 5-3 in the grand final for the $600,000 top share of a $1.8 million pool. It is OpTic's second straight Esports World Cup crown with the same four players: Shotzzy, Mercules, Huke and Dashy. The Paris event was the final major of the Black Ops 7 competitive season.
